As part of our company's vision to improve the community, we are offering volunteer opportunities to everyone. Employees from all divisions and departments are encouraged to participate, ensuring that everyone contributes to the community's well-being.
With almost 4,000 attendees on every Nexar Entertainment events, the contribution of every volunteer is essential for the organization of the event, keeping it safe and peaceful for every con-goers.

Requirements for being a volunteer:
Must be at least 18 years old and above. All Volunteers must be 18 before beginning to work on every Nexar Entertainment events
Valid ID (for proof of identification)
Must be available at any Nexar Entertainment events
Letter of intent
Must have a minimum of 30 Hrs volunteer time (depending on the time of the event)
Complete the requirements of Nexar Entertainment tests and surveys:
a. Personality test
b. Health and safety forms
c. Volunteerism seminar
Adhere all Nexar Entertainment Rules and Regulations for volunteer staff

Kindly wait for your confirmation via email, kindly sign the volunteer contract included at the confirmation email.
When the volunteer contract will end?
All contracts will be end after every convention. This means that you need to renew your contract if you wish to continue as a guest at Nexar Entertainment.
