Artist's Booth
This is the most basic type of booth on Nexar Entertainment Events. This is available for artist's that sells own art through different types of medium (art prints, pins, photo paper, canvas, etc.)

Mini Exhibitor
This is the second type of booth that welcomes Small to Medium Enterprise (SMEs) that is related to anime and cosplay. This is welcome for brands that sells merchandises, DIY products, etc.

Huge Exhibitor
This is the Biggest type of booth on Nexar Entertainment events, on simililarity on Mini Exhibitor, this has more space and capale for handling huge merchandise products and services to all con-goers.

What is the difference between Artist's Booth and Mini Exhibitor?
Artist's Booth are available for those who sells art products (pins, canvas, art prints, stickers, etc.). Anything beyond those products are considered Mini Exhibitor.
Is the Rental Fee of the booth is same to all Nexar Entertainment events?
As of now yes, all Nexar Entertainment events has the same rental fees due to research and development of the services offered by the company.
Where do I need to register as a Exhibitor?
Right up there!
Can I still backout even though I'm registered as a exhibitor?
You cannot backout two months before the event will take place.
Can I add more ID for my other staff involved during the event?
Yes, but additional charges may apply during your application
Are you allowing AI prints for selling at the event?
No, we do not allow any AI-generated images or canvases for sale. This is to prioritize and support handmade artworks. Selling AI-generated images and canvases at any NexGent Events may result in a ban from future events.
Can I register and pay the down payment later?
Yes! You can pay the down payment by the stated deadline, but once you register and apply as an exhibitor, you will not be able to back out except for valid reasons (as stated in the contract).
When can I get discounts for being a exhibitor?
You can get a discount on a booth at our event by fulfilling the following requirements:
Step 1: Join the NexGEnt Exhibitor Facebook Group.
Step 2: Participate in at least two or more events of the NexGEnt Entertainment.
Step 3: Obtain a NexGEnt Exhibitor Card for free.
How many exhibitors are allowed to share a single booth?
Artist's Booth: 2 Brands/Businesses per booth
Mini Exhibitor: 2 Brands/Businesses per booth
Huge Exhibitor: 2 Brands/Businesses per booth
All brands exceeding the exhibitor limit per booth will be advised to avail a new booth to help maximize event space. NexGEnt Entertainment Production will offer a discount to all exhibitors who choose to reserve an additional booth.
We recommend that all exhibitors join the NexGEnt Exhibitor Facebook Group to enjoy exclusive discounts, earn points, and get early access to updates and announcements for upcoming events.
