Here are the requirements for having an appearance on every Nexar Entertainment events and conventions:

• Must be a creator (starting or professional state) across related genres and themes (Gaming, Anime, Japanese pop)

• Should be 18 years old and above

• Should agree to participate on any Event activities and panels (interviews, segments, etc.)

• Submit all Marketing requirements and agree to all terms and conditions for being the guest)

• Content and guest advertisement for all Nexar Entertainment social media platforms.

• waived booth rental for having an apprearance

• Complementary assistance for any guest booth (Food, Hotel Accommodation, and Service from point to event area depending on the agreed contract)
